Shipping Costs for XpressMart Orders

All packages will ship via U.S. Postal Service. The standard cost for shipping is $6.95. [NOTE: These shipping charges only apply to orders placed using our automated shopping cart system. However, if you would prefer to place an order by mail or fax, you can use our non-automated printable order form. In this case, shipping charges will be slightly higher.]

This flat shipping rate does not apply to our Volume Discount Site. The flat rate shipping charge for orders from the Volume Discount site are $8.00.

Speed of Order Processing

All orders placed through the XpressMart.com will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. Business Days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude Postal Holidays.

NOTE REGARDING SHIPPING TIMES FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Custom Products are produced when your order is placed. If Standard shipping is selected during the checkout process, your entire order will be shipped within 5 business days. Shipping Options

Priority Mail

All packages weighing less than 4 lbs. will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (unless Biros Merchandising decides that it is in the best interest of the customer to use a different shipping method). All packages over 4 lbs. will be shipped using the most economical shipping option.

Delivery Confirmation

All packages that are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation are considered "successfully delivered" if the U.S. Postal Service reports it as such.

Insurance

A Shipping/Delivery Insurance Fee is added to ALL orders based on order value. This Insurance Fee is NOT optional, and is designed to protect all of our valued customers against package damage or loss. If there is a problem with a package, all insurance claims will be handled by Biros Merchandising directly.

Combining Shipments to the Same Address

Biros Merchandising, the managing company of www.XpressMart.com, reserves the right to combine shipments of separate orders when they are shipping to the same address. This decision is at the sole discretion of Biros Merchandising, and no refunds will be applied to customers when shipping charges have been paid on separate orders in this case.

When Will My Order Arrive?

The speed of the delivery of your package depends on the speed of the U.S. Postal Service and the speed of deliveries in your local area. Package will ship according to the schedules above. Delivery should be within 1 to 15 days of shipment. The U.S. Postal Services does not, however, consider a package lost until 30 days after shipment.
