You are looking for a specific patch but you don't see it in your
on-line store. What do you do next?
We
carry quite a variety of items in our on-line store. If you don't
find what you are looking for, we would suggest that you first attempt
to browse our store for the item. If browsing doesn't find what you
are looking for, please use the "Search Products" feature
and search our available inventory for the item. These techniques
are the best way to find your special item.
If after performing a search you are still unable to find the item,
there may be a few reasons for it.
First, our on-line inventory only shows those items that are currently
available for immediate delivery in our inventory. Items are removed
from the on-line catalog when they are out of stock. This may be a
temporary situation, and the item may be available again in a few
days or weeks.
Second, your item might be quite unique or hard to find. In this case,
we may simply not have it available to us.
Third, your item might be so unique that it has never been produced
before. In this case, it might need to be produced (if possible).
Regardless of the reason, you may contact us at the email address
stated below to inquire about the item. Your inquiry will be handled
one of a few different ways.

We
have the item--We may respond to your email message stating
that the item is available (and we will attempt to provide instructions
for finding it in our on-line store). Please follow the instructions
that we provide.

We
don't have the exact item--We may respond to your email message
stating that the specific item that you've requested is not available
in our on-line store, but we may have suggestions of other items
that are close to the item that you've described. Please follow
the instructions that we provide in an effort to review our suggestions.

We
don't have the item right now--We may respond to your email
message stating that the item is unavailable as it is currently
out of stock. Please check back with us in the specified time frame
to check for availability.

We
don't have the item yet--We may respond to your email message
stating that the item is unavailable and that it is completely unavailable
to us at this time. We will suggest that you revisit us later as
we receive new items every day. Please don't be insulted by this
statement. While it is impossible to have all items available at
all times, we do make attempts to find the items that you request.
Please also realize that we receive many many requests each day.
If you do not hear from us by email, assume that option #4 is our
response. In that case, simply check back often to see if the item
has been added to our inventory.

don't have the item, but it is a good idea--If you are looking
for a patch that isn't listed in our site, you might want to consider
one of our custom
embroidered patches. These patches are limited to the styles
shown, but you may be able to produce the type of patch that you

NOTES
REGARDING CUSTOM PATCHES:
We
are currently limiting patch production to patches that include
primarily text. The only graphics that we are prepared to offer
at this time are the simple symbols that are available on the "JUMBO"
patches that are illustrated on our website.
All
of our patch designs currently limit customers to 15 characters
per line. If the design that you desire absolutely requires MORE
THAN 15 characters, please contact us by email and we may be able
to accommodate your request. In the email message, tell us the specific
text that you want to include on the patch, and we will get back
to you with your options.
