How To Place An Order:

ON-LINE AUTOMATED ORDERS:

If you would like to place an order, you can do so using our automated shopping cart system. The process is very simple. You access our on-line store and you select the items that you wish to purchase by "adding them to your basket". When you are finished, you CHECKOUT. The checkout process collects shipping and payment information. Your order is placed automatically, and your order is shipped out. There is NO NEED TO CALL US. If paying by credit card, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was received (valid email address required), and you will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

PHONE ORDERS:

THERE IS A $100.00 ORDER MINIMUM FOR ALL PHONE ORDERS, AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY.

If you prefer to place your order by telephone, we have made it possible for you to do so. However, the hours that we are available by phone are VERY LIMITED.

There is a surcharge for all phone orders. This charge is $10.00 and is in addition to shipping/handling/insurance fees. ALL phone orders will include optional INSURANCE. If you do not wish to incur these additional charges, simply use one of the options above (ON-LINE ORDERS, FAX ORDERS, OR MAIL ORDERS).
