We are an on-line business. Our ON-LINE STORE is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The time and effort of our staff is focused on the maintenance of our site and our business, the maintenance of inventory, shipping and processing of orders, and our custom embroidery operations. We do not focus the attention of our staff on telephone support.

PHONE HOURS

We do not have standard phone hours. For that reason, we cannot provide specific hours of availability.

As a general rule, if you want to make plans in advance to call us, the best time is Mondays thru Thursdays from 10 AM until 2 PM EASTERN TIME. This in no way guarantees that we will always be available during these hours, but it provides you with a basic guide of when we are most often available.
