ERROR WHEN USING A COUPON CODE DURING CHECKOUT


SYMPTOM: I have a COUPON CODE, but the system won't accept it when I check out. What do I do?

The XpressMart.com on-line shopping cart system is fully automated. The coupon codes that can be used during checkout (when available) are handled automatically by the on-line store. If a COUPON CODE is causing an error, the problem will be one of three issues as follows:

ISSUE ONE: COUPON IS EXPIRED

  1. All COUPON CODES have an expiration date. If the code is entered after the expiration date, it will not be accepted.

ISSUE TWO: COUPON CODE WAS NOT ENTERED CORRECTLY

  1. Typing errors can occur when you enter a coupon code manually. Additionally, great care must be taken to differentiate between similar characters (like the capital letter "O" vs. the number zero "0"; the letter "I" and the number "1"; etc). To avoid problems like these, we suggest that you copy and paste the coupon code from the web page or email message that it was generated in.
  2. When you copy and paste a COUPON CODE during checkout, there are times that an extra BLANK SPACE will be carried over in the copy/paste procedure. If you experience an error, check the code and make sure to delete any blank spaces BEFORE or AFTER the coupon code.

ISSUE THREE: YOU DID NOT MEET THE COUPON REQUIREMENTS

  1. Some COUPON CODES are offers based on the purchase of specific products or based on special requirements like a minimum purchase. If you DO NOT meet ALL of the terms and requirements of the coupon, the coupon WILL NOT be accepted. Please review the coupon terms.
